San Diego Residents Have an Ozsome Time at the San Diego County Fair!
Summer is the season of beaches, BBQs, pools, and if you’re in San Diego… The San Diego County Fair! With the San Diego County Fair being the largest annual event in San Diego County and one of the top 10 Fairs in the United States and Canada, it is one of the most popular events that draws approximately 1.6 million visitors annually. The County Fair is packed with things to do. From thrilling rides, wide variety of food vendors, and carnival games to piglet racing, art/flower competitions, petting zoo and much more, the County Fair is a fun summer destination for families.
This summer, in partnership with the San Diego County Fair, PSCDC gave our residents the opportunity to join in the summer fun. The County Fair graciously donated 100 admission tickets and 40 vouchers worth $2,200 to be raffled off to over 20 of PSCDC’s San Diego properties. With a chance to win tickets and to follow the yellow brick road to the Wizard of Oz themed County Fair this year, our San Diego residents were filled with excitement!
For the past three years the County Fair provided tickets and vouchers for our San Diego residents. The continued support of the Fair’s donations has allowed families who never attended the fair before an opportunity to finally attend and enjoy one of San Diego’s most popular events. With the help of the San Diego County Fair, PSCDC is able to keep our residents and programs flourishing.
